Generalised U-dual solutions in supergravity

We discuss the notion of generalised U-duality as a solution generating technique in supergravity. demonstrate method to take solutions type IIA supergravity on 3-sphere, with NSNS flux, new 11-dimensional supergravity, using exceptional geometry techniques. These are characterised by an underlying 3-algebra structure, and generalise features obtained non-abelian T-duality, which involve ordinary Lie algebra. focus example where we start pp-F1-NS5 properties our resulting solution, including possibility viewing it globally U-fold, its M2 M5 brane charges. In extremal case, admits AdS${}_3$ limit, falls into recently constructed class M-theory AdS$_{3}$ backgrounds -- this provides global completion well-defined holographic dual, similar completions T-dual solutions. Our full is 6-vector deformation limit. also explicitly solve Killing spinor equation finding $\frac{1}{2}$-BPS solution.
